The “Una furtiva lagrima” watch stands at the intersection of high operatic art and contemporary watch design. The project is inspired by Nemorino’s aria from Gaetano Donizetti’s opera L’elisir d’amore — widely regarded as a quintessence of drama, refinement, and emotional depth. The goal was to visualize music and move beyond the utilitarian conventions of classical watchmaking.
Una furtiva lagrima: a watch born from the pursuit of the ideal
A Swiss manual-winding Sellita movement turns interaction with the watch into a special ritual. The ergonomic crown and the engraving “Made by Dmitriy Chugunov” on the caseback complete the piece — it is not just a watch, but an author’s statement.
The idea was followed by more than one hundred sketches:
A search for the perfect proportions of the case, hands, and dial. The result is two expressive dial versions (with classic markers and Roman numerals), 150 pieces of each.
This is a conceptual art object where the dial serves as a theatrical stage, and the smooth motion of the hands becomes a conductor’s gesture, guiding the viewer’s emotions. It is an invitation to slow down time in order to contemplate true beauty.

The First Earth Satellite (2025)
Our ultimate engineering triumph. An observatory watch featuring a proprietary offset-orbit module built on the Sellita SW200, causing the Satellite and the Earth to rotate independently of one another.

Each of our projects is released in a strictly limited, numbered edition — from 1 to 500 pieces worldwide. We know that, due to these small production runs, not everyone who wants one is able to acquire a watch from our new releases. Waiting lists fill up rapidly, and models quickly become collectible rarities.

Each piece requires an extraordinary amount of handcraft — from the precision finishing and decoration of the plates to the final polishing of intricate sculptural reliefs. Increasing production would inevitably turn artistry into assembly-line work, which we will never allow.
